| Refund Policy |
We will refund any returned products provided:
- The product is returned within 30 days of the order date
- The containers are undamaged
- The label is not defaced
- The seals are intact
Any charges we have been subject to as a result of the order (credit card
transaction fees and postal fees) will be deducted from the refund. If these
have been specifically paid for at the time of ordering, a full refund of the
value of the product can be expected.
We cannot offer a 'money-back' guarantee.
Refunds cannot be given:
- If the seal has been broken and the product used.
- If the seal has been broken, yet the product remains within the container.
- On claims that the product has not provided the same or similar benefits
experienced by others.
