A. All of our products are tried and tested and proven to be 100% safe to use.
Q. Are Serenity products tested on animals?
A. None of our products are tested on animals. We are keen to ensure that our 100% natural ingredients remain safe and friendly to both the user and to nature itself.
Q. Can Serenity products be used in conjunction with other products?
A. All of our products can be used in conjunction with other products but are equally complimentary when used in conjunction with our full range.

Q. Can Serenity products be used on all skin types, ages, conditions, hypoallergenic etc?
A. All of our products can be used with skin of any age, condition and type. Should you have any specific questions then please call our Customer Service team on the Contact Us page of this site.
Q. How long can I keep a product once opened?
A. Our products are designed to last for one year with the exception of Skinsalve that lasts six months. We do not use preservatives.
